Visiting: If you visit to have a tour of our facilities – and you like what you see – you can always confirm your booking and pay a deposit to secure the room there and then. Also, if passing by, you can drop in anytime during office hours to pay by cheque or card.

On receipt we will confirm (by email or phone) if the dates are available. On payment of the deposit by phone/card or mail/cheque the room is guaranteed.
Post: We can also accept bookings by mail assuming that availability has been agreed with us, and that dates are clearly notified, and a cheque is included for the deposit required to confirm the room.
