Our opening hours for guests arriving or departing – or for new customers who wish to visit and have a tour of our facilities are:

Please note that we are closed on all bank holidays including New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Easter Monday, May Day (early May), Spring Bank Holiday (late May), Summer Bank Holiday (late August), Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Arrivals and Departures

Guests may arrive or depart at any time during the above hours although arrival should be at least one hour before our closing time if possible to allow your pet to meet the staff and settle in. Departures may be at any time but a minimum of thirty minutes before closing time is helpful if possible.

If you collect your pet before between 9am – 10.30am Monday – Saturday or 10am – 11am Sunday (early check out) there will be no charge for that day. If collection can only be made after this time then there will be a daily charge for that day (late check out). This works in the same way as any conventional hotel.

This has the benefit that if a p.m. collection is planned, but your flight home is delayed, you needn't try to dash through the traffic. Try to let us know and just come along the next morning and there is no additional charge.

Grooming: If your pet is having a full groom (not just a bath or a nail trim) there will not a charge if they are collected in the afternoon.
