This is all part of the package and there is no extra charge for holiday insurance when a guest at Hazel Corner Dog Hotel.

However, as with all types of insurance our standard agreement with our Insurers precludes any known existing conditions on arrival and also kennel cough if not vaccinated in time before arrival.

Should any unforeseen circumstances arise we will always in the first instance contact your own veterinarian. If appropriate we will also notify your emergency contact or call you on the emergency number you’ve given us. We will be guided by the advice of your vet and will not hesitate to take your dog to the vet if it’s in the best interests of their health.

In an emergency we reserve the right to also use our own veterinarian or our nearest animal hospital. Again we will only do this in the best interests of your pet’s health – for example depending on the travel times involved.

In the case of any pre-existing condition that reoccurs during your pet’s stay this will not be covered by our Insurers and your veterinarian or animal hospital may seek your approval for the fees involved.
