Like any hotel we have a limited number of rooms available. We also experience seasonal fluctuations so have the highest demand during school holidays, bank holidays and festive periods. Many of our regular customers know this and will book as early as possible.

This means that in peak periods we may be fully booked several weeks in advance. So here are a few hints and tips to try to help you plan smoothly.

• If you're planning a holiday at peak times - call first to check if we still have rooms available for the dates you have in mind.
  
  
• Please note that we don’t open for drop offs and collections on bank holidays.
  
  
• If your dates have to change the safest bet is to check with us again to make sure that for your new dates we still have rooms.
  
  
• Once you've fixed your holiday dates please book as early as you can. Once your deposit is paid your dog's holiday is guaranteed..
  
  
• If you’re a new customer and naturally want to visit before you book - come as soon as you can – just ring to make an appointment any time during our opening hours.
  
  
• Check that for the dates you are planning your dog’s vaccinations will still be valid for the full duration of his or her stay – check the advice on the Vaccinations page.
  
  
• Check that canine influenza (kennel cough) protection is up to date.
  
  
• If you do visit – bring your dog’s vaccination record with you. If you do book after a guided tour (and we hope you do) we can then complete all the paperwork needed. When you’re dashing to the airport it can save valuable time on the day!
