Our team are all animal lovers and they give as much tender loving care as they’re able to every day – whilst ensuring they take bookings, tend to drop offs and collections, as well as cleaning and feeding our guests. This is included in our standard fees.

However, we know that some guests would like some additional quality one-on-one time for brushing, petting, playing with toys or just company.

So for a small fee you can book a TLC package for any of the above, for a minimum of thirty minutes each time, to ensure that your pet gets extra privileges during their holidays.
