It's a condition of our License, and it’s in the best interest of your pet’s health, that the appropriate vaccinations are in place for the full duration of their stay.

It’s good to check your Pet’s Record as soon as practical after booking your holiday as without a vaccination certificate we can not accept your dog as a guest.

If your pet needs to have their boosters shortly before their stay we would recommend that you have these done at least seven days beforehand.

For Canine Influenza (kennel cough) vaccination this should be done at least four weeks before your pet’s holiday begins. This is to ensure, as it is a live vaccine, it does not transmit to other guests and it is also fully effective during their stay

We do keep vaccination details on record. If you are a regular customer and your pet’s vaccinations are still in date you do not need to bring the certificate with you.

The vaccinations required are to protect against:

• Canine Distemper
• Canine Parvovirus
• Infectious Canine Hepatitis
• Canine Leptospirosis
• Canine Influenza (Kennel Cough)

Please consult your veterinarian and be guided by them as regards vaccinations and boosters.

Please note that Canine Influenza can be caught in any location where dogs meet and socialise. The terms of our insurance policy require vaccination four weeks in advance.
