Planning Ahead
Like any hotel we have a limited number of rooms available. We also experience seasonal fluctuations with school holidays, bank holidays and festive periods being exceptionally busy.
Many of our regular customers appreciate this and will try to book as early as possible. Here are a few hints and tips to help you plan smoothly:
- If you’re planning a holiday at peak times please call first to check availability. We’d be happy to advise.
- If your dates change for any reason please check with us again to ensure we still have rooms available. We don’t like to disappoint you.
- Please note we are not open for drop offs and collections on any bank holidays.
- If you are new to Hazel Corner we will happily give you a guided tour at any time during opening hours. We want you to have peace of mind when you book with us.
- Once you’ve fixed your holiday dates please book as early as you can.
- A deposit secures a room and payment can be made by phone and card to guarantee the room is reserved.
- Vaccinations must be in date for the duration of the holiday. Please check the Vaccinations page for further advice and details.
- The Customer Information sheet (where we record diet, dates, contact details etc.) can be completed in advance. This can save you valuable time on the day if you have a flight to catch or traffic to beat!
