Our opening hours for guests arriving or departing, or for new customers who wish to have a tour of our dog hotel in hertfordshire facilities, are:

Please note that when closed for lunch we are unable to accommodate arrivals or departures to allow our team to have a break and grab a bite to eat. On bank holidays we will be working hard looking after all our guests but do not open these days for drop offs or collections.

Early Check Out

We operate just like a conventional hotel and charge for the day of arrival and just like a regular hotel if you check out early you will not get charged for that day. For Hazel Corner this means collection before 10:30 Monday to Saturday or before 11:00 on a Sunday.

After these times we will charge for the day of departure. Again this is standard in conventional hotels. Please note also that many of our competitors charge for the day of departure irrespective of the time you leave with your dog.

With the way Hazel Corner fees work though if you plan to collect one afternoon, and return later than planned or your flight is delayed, you have until the early check out times the next morning to collect your dog at no additional charge.
